The reason why we understand this is from time to time we, individually and as a company, believe our privacy is important, also. As you can see we share a common goal. We at Atkinsons Sales monitor our Internet Service Provider (ISP) and web host for alerts on viruses and worms, which could possibly harm our systems. 4. We have installed firewalls to ensure no one physically local or electronically distant will have access to your information. 5. We at Atkinsons Sales screen our employees for criminal and financial responsibility to ensure anyone having access to your information will be responsible in use of your information. We at Atkinsons Sales have, also instituted policies and procedures to ensure your information is not compromised. 1. We have restricted access to customer information by employees based on need to know only. 2. Any and all customer information is strictly used for immediate purchases from Atkinsons Sales. 3. We at Atkinsons Sales will never sell your information to a third party as mailing lists or barrage/spam email lists. 4. We at Atkinsons Sales will request from you, the customer, if you would like phone contact, mail and/or email advertisements from us from time to time. If you select not to receive telephone contacts, mail or email from us we simply will not send mail or emails or call you. If in the beginning you select to receive advertisements from us, then change your mind to not receive advertisements from us, we will simply stop the advertisements. 5. If after all of the security measures put in place by Atkinsons Sales to stop customer private information from being released, and a security breach does occur, Atkinsons Sales will prosecute to the fullest extent the suspect or suspects responsible for the security breach. Atkinsons Sales will, also, display the names and photos and other pertinent information of those suspects and/or convicted felons on a website for all, who wish to view. As you can see, we at Atkinsons Sales take our customers private information seriously. We value our customers private information as we value our own.
