Atkinsons Candles Shipping and Return Policies
Below are Atkinsons Sales Shipping and Returns Policies. Atkinsons Sales will make every effort to satisfy their customers within reason.

Shipping Policy


1. Any products purchased will be shipped within 48 (forty-eight) hours of purchase.  This means that once the customer has purchased a product from our online store, the product will be shipped within 48 (forty-eight) hours after  the purchase, except for purchases requested by the customer to be shipped via next day service.

2.  If the customer requests next day service shipping, Atkinsons Sales will ship their purchased product within 24 (twenty-four) hours of purchase.

3.  Any problems with shipping what-so-ever should be reported to Atkinsons Sales via email. Customer Service Emails are monitored closely for  proper customer service.

4.  Any products  too large to ship via common shipping vendors, will be shipped upon other agreement with Atkinsons Sales.

5. Any questions, in reference to Atkinsons Sales Shipping Policy should be directed to Atkinsons Sales Customer Service via email.


Returns Policy

1.  Any product the customer has ordered and has been received damaged should be reported immediately to Atkinsons Sales via
email as soon as possible. This will assist Atkinsons Sales in the  furture in providing quality shipping to their customers.

2.  Any product received damaged dependant on the condition and value of the item may be requested returned by Atkinsons Sales. If the product is requested to be returned due to damage in shipping, Atkinsons Sales will provide return shipping for the product to be shipped back to the warehouse.

3.  Atkinsons Sales will ship same replacement products to the customer upon return receipt of the damaged product or confirmation  from the customer of the products physical damage.

4.  Atkinsons Sales will provide full refund for any damaged products received by the customer that cannot be replaced by Atkinsons Sales.

5. Any questions, in reference to Atkinsons Sales Return Policy should be directed to Atkinsons Sales Customer Service via email.
